The Half Moon Inn, Sheepwash:

The Black River Inn, Black Torrington:

Another delightful pub with a rustic charm, The Black River Inn offers a diverse menu, prepared in their wood fired kitchen and put together using the best ingredients Devon has to offer. Again, within a 5 minute drive of Lower Longwood.

The Duke of York, Iddesleigh:

This traditional pub is known for its connections to the writer Michael Morpurgo and offers a menu that highlights local produce. The cosy setting and picturesque surroundings make it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

The Tally Ho! Inn, Hatherleigh:

The Tally Ho! is a C16 Inn and a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. Be sure to visit on a Sunday and try out one of their infamous roasts.

The Tors Inn, Belstone:

Located in the picturesque village of Belstone, The Tors Inn is a traditional pub that prides itself on its friendly atmosphere and hearty homemade food. The Tors is also home to the famous Burger Shed – arguably serving up the best burgers in the west country. It’s a perfect stop and enjoy a pint of their home brewed beer after a walk on Dartmoor.
